At Reformers Bookshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
